Letter from the President

2019 letter from the President of the Langley Good Times Cruise-in

A Message from the President

President’s Message:

My name is Wayne Patterson and I am the 2019 president of the Langley Good Times Cruise-In.

I’m proud to have been involved with the Cruise-In for many years. I am a car enthusiast and believe in the hobby and giving back to our community. The Cruise-in is run by volunteers with no paid employees which is amazing for a car show of this size and caliber.

You know it’s that time of year again when you go for a Friday night drive and around every corner there is a Muscel car, hot rod, or a classic car heading out for that blast from the past, the waves, head nods, or just the thumbs up, puts that smile on your face.

The Langley Good Times Cruise-In has been working hard to put together the 2019 show, we have changed the show location to only include Fraser Hwy, we will be shutting down Fraser Hwy from 264th to 272nd street and some small side streets.

The Township of Langley has been a great supporter of the Cruise-In every time we ask for a hand, they are there to support and guide us.

The new location in Aldergrove has us excited to be able to have all the cars on the Fraser Hwy which is going to look amazing! We know for years people didn’t like the fact that they were parked on the smaller streets and this will take care of that problem. As well the streets and sidewalk are much wider and there are plenty of shops and restaurants.

Our show will also include our marketplace in the Legion parking lot.

In N Out Burgers will be located at Re/Max Aldercenter Realty 26641 Fraser Hwy, Aldergrove, as well as entertainment throughout the show.

This year’s charities will be Langley Community Support Groups Society, and Valley Therapeutic Equestrian Association.

I would also like to thank the sponsors for their generosity which allows us to put on this spectacular show.

Thank you so much for your support.
